Wood County 4-H Camp is held annually at 4-H Camp Palmer near Fayette Ohio in Fulton County, about 55 miles northwest of Bowling Green

4‑H Camp Registration Process
Steps 1 & 2 are online; Steps 3-5 are in-person.
Your camper’s spot is not reserved until all items below are turned in:

Online Registration Submitted.You will receive an email confirmation when complete.

*NOW ONLINE* Health Form is Submitted. You will receive the form via email. Please complete thoroughly using a computer.

Payment Delivered to the Extension Office. Cash or check only (payable to OSU Extension, Wood County).

Optional Session Selection Form (Including High Ropes & Shooting Sports) is Completed.

Scholarship Recipients Only: Submit an unsealed Thank You note to the Extension Office for approval.
