Over 200 Women gathered for the 25th Annual Women In Agricluture-Northwest Ohio Conference Friday March 23, 2018.

Historic Nazareth Hall held the event again this year, creating the perfect bucolic setting for attendees to connect on their shared responsibilities in balancing farm, family and community.

A full spectrum of educational sessions were offered, ranging from; "Aging in Place-What Are My Options?" to "First on the Scene" where participants learned what to expect and how to best handle a farm emergency.

The day culminated with keynote speaker Laura Daniels, avid farmer, dairy consultant and agriculture advocate from Cobb, Wisconsin. Daniels spoke on "Using Baler Twine & Barn Lime to Live a Life With Purpose." Knowing the amount of competing priorities, many demands, and resliency it takes to be a female farmer in this day and age, Daniels stated she wished to "help them stay focused on what matters most."
